Promoters are in the business of rendering Project Management services to sugar and allied industry in India and abroad for the past 30 years in over 200 sugar mills in India and large number of sugar mills in overseas countries.

Our Mr. J. J. Bhagat, Managing Director is a post-graduate in Sugar Technology (Gold Medalist) has a long and illustrious tenure of over 35 years in the sugar and allied industries. He has headed Technology Mission on Sugar Industry set up by the Government of India from 1994 to 2008 for development of Sugar Industry in India and undertook planning and implementation for modernization, energy and fuel optimization, cost effective operations and product quality improvement in about 50 sugar mills during the above period in India and overseas. In addition, he has also been the Chairman of the Technology Group for formulation of 9th and 10th Five Year Plan for sugar industry in India. He is also on the Board of Referee of International Sugar Journal and member of the Factory Committee of the International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists (ISSCT). He has been the President of Sugar Technologist Association of India (STAI) for the period 2006 to 2009. He functioned as Member Secretary of two high powered Committees setup by Government of India in 1998 and 2003 for development of Sugar Industry. He is presently the Director on Board of Renuka Sugar Limited which has interest in Sugar Mills, Ethanol Plants, Cogeneration Plants and Sugar Refineries in India with a total combined sugarcane handling capacity of about 10 million tonnes per year, Ethanol 250 KL per day and Cogeneration of Power of 150 MW. In addition, Renuka Sugars has controlling stake in 2 Nos. very large integrated sugar projects in Brazil with a total combined sugarcane handling capacity of 14 million ton per year with facilities for Cogeneration and Ethanol production.
Our Mr. S. M. Mittal (Director - Technical), graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1970 and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow Member of Institution of Engineers. He has since been intimately associated with the sugar industry. He has wide experience in designs, maintenance and operations of sugar mills at the grass root level. He has been exposed to all level of technology including high pressure boilers up to 87 bar and 580șC from very primitive to most modern and has successfully conducted number of feasibility studies and planned and implemented both green field and brown field projects with facilities for distillery of up to 80 KLPD and cogeneration plant of up to 32 MW. His forte has been to integrate old with the new in a cost effective and timely manner without staking performance. He has been CEO of a large sugar mill of 10,000 TCD with a Cogeneration facility of 32 MW of power for 22 years. He has also been on the Board of Directors of RNBS Sugar Mill, Laksar, Uttrakhand, India for a number of years. He has widely travelled to countries like Australia, Sweden, Germany, Indonesia and Srilanka etc. for the purpose of evaluation of equipment and technology.
Our Mr. D. K. Jauhari (Director - Cogeneration & Electricals) graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1968 from Aligarh Muslim University. He has been associated with the sugar industry since then and has been involved in the designing, maintenance and operations of power systems. Several projects of cogeneration have been designed and implemented by him from concept to commissioning. He has been the architect for formulation of detailed specifications for electrical and power systems for new sugar mills and cogen projects in the cooperative sector. He recently marshaled the revision of tariff for Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commissioning (GERC). He led the team for study of cogeneration in Mauritius and Reunion in 1992. He has been an expert for quality approvals of TG sets of Shine Nippon, Siemens, ABB, TDPS and Triveni etc. makes. Mr. Jauhari has designed complete power system for modernization of sugar mills in Fiji Islands and prepared detailed project reports for cogeneration of power at their Rarawai and Lautaka units of Fiji Sugar Corporation, Fiji Islands.
Dr. R P Singh M.sc (Agronomy), M.phill (Agronomy) Ph.D (Agronomy) has served as manager sugar cane procurement and cane development from 1977 to 1993 and as cane advisor from 1999 to 2008. Presently he is a sugar cane consultant for STM Projects ltd. And is also a consultant to International Finance Corporation of the World Bank, undertaking studies to improve income of farmers and productivity programmes in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Wide experience in preparing feasibility reports and undertaking assessment studies for identification of sites for green field sugar projects including preparation, monitoring and implementation of sugar cane development programme. He has also been establishing tissue culture laboratories and has engaged in development of many micro irrigation projects.
